Like so many of you, I am also struggling in the current job market to find employment If you are anything like me, you have spent countless hours writing, re-writing, formatting, etc. different variations of your resume.

Recently, I discovered ResumeWorded.com, where an AI algorithm scans your resume and then scores it out of 100 points. When I first tested I was surprised that all my work amounted to a grand score of... 76? Oh no.

So TLDR: I wanted to get a high score, and restructured my resume based of the recommendations.

NOTE: In the template, make sure you create URL links for your website, LinkedIn, portfolio etc. When you export it, make sure to click File > Export > Save As "Adobe PDF (Interactive)". If you don't chances are the URL will not be clickable.

I want to share my current resume, with a score of 88, so you can see how yours compares or if you just need a fresh perspective. Now I know what you are thinking "88? Why not 100?" Well, frankly, the website requires me to pay for the "advance" features that would push my resume to become a Top Resume. I however, jobless and dreading impending bills, couldn't afford to shell out the money for their subscription.

That is why I am giving away this template for FREE. I invite recruiting experts to take a look and let me know what they think about a resume such as this. According to the website, there where only a few things that needed to be updated. Those include:

• Update Weak Action Verbs
• Remove Filler Words
• Fix Skills Section

However, I DID go back and update all my actions words, with those approved on various online lists. As for filler words, it doesn't give examples, so I couldn't actually find any. As for the skills section, it's saying it can be improved, but doesn't say how.

So while I believe it can score higher, I have to pay for it. :/
